Joe Sullivan of Medford finished 8th in the WIAA Division 2 State Cross Country Championships in Wisconsin Rapids.
Sullivan finished with a time of 16:36.2. Nathan Cumberbatch of Shorewood took the State Title with a time of 16:06.4. Tanner Hraby of Medford finished 25th with a time of 17:12.3.
Medford Girls finished 8th with 203 points. Leading runner for the Raider Girls was Meredith Richter with a time of 20:37.2. Kayci Martensen of Southwestern/Benton/Cuba City took 1st with a time of 18:10.0. Nora Gremban of Northland Pines finished 3rd at 18:43.2
