As it stands, Allen leads the race with -250 odds, followed by Lamar Jackson (+185).
Meanwhile, Joe Burrow (+1600) remains in contention, while long shots like Saquon Barkley (+5000) and Jared Goff (+12500) still stand a slim chance.
