Marshfield (OnFocus) – Chef Jack Godwin, Executive Chef at Libby McNeill’s, is excited to revamp the menu this summer.

New appetizers include House Onion Rings, Brisket Nachos, Gyro Potato Skins, and Libby’s Pickle Spears. Entrees include Chicken Parmesan, St Louis BBQ Ribs, and the Big Time Burger.

“We switch up menu items twice a year, based on the seasons, while incorporating our guests’ feedback and trying to have some fun with new ideas,” said Godwin. “This menu, for instance, showcases Libby’s house made pickles as an appetizer. I’m excited for people to see a new twist on seasoned classics.”

Libby’s is also accommodating for COVID-19. “In accordance of the federal and state health guidelines to ensure the continued safety of our guests and associates, here are a few things to expect when you visit Libby McNeill’s,” said General Manager Cory Latourell.

These include:

  • Associate training on the new health guidelines, including the completion of the ServSafe Food Handlers certification.
  • Our continued following of proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day and after every guest.
  • Reduced seating capacity to allow for social distancing.
  • Maximum seating of six guests per table. Larger groups can be accommodated in our private dining room.
  • Hand sanitizer and masks available upon request.
  • Shared condiments have been removed from the tables.
