OnFocus – Lincoln County Sheriff Ken Schneider today announced the arrest of 25 year-old Cody Gene Robertson after a 6-month investigation into the death of a child.
Robertson was taken into custody Wednesday morning at a location in the City of Merrill.
The incident was reported on November 12, 2020 at a Town of Corning home.
On May 19, 2021, a Lincoln County Judge issued warrants charging Cody Gene Robertson age 25 of Merrill with Child Neglect, causing Death.
A similar warrant for 22 year-old Amber Paige Boyd was also issued. Deputies are actively seeking information on the whereabouts of Boyd.
