Many local wrestlers are still alive in the Division 2 and Division 3 Individual Wrestling State Tournament.

Division 2

106, Luke Dux of NGL had a bye, he will wrestle Parker Heintz of LODI tomorrow.

113, Ashton Ackman S/C fell to Brendan Konitzer from Oconto Falls in SV- 1 3-1. He’s out.

120, Treyton Ackman S/C won over Devon Harrison of Turner by decision 12-6. He will wrestle Kaleb Mannel of WAUP tomorrow.

145, Zeke Sigmund lost to Braeden Scoles of Kewaskum TF-1.5 4:43 (16-1). He’s out.

195, Carter Grewe ABCO fell to Drew Reis by decision 7-5. He’s out.

220, Gunner Hoffman NGL won over Jason Klauck of KIEL by fall 1:38. He will wrestle tomorrow against Nick Roller from Antigo.

220, Jake Rau had a bye he wrestles Mac Strand of Xavier tomorrow.

Division 3

At 106, Peter Esser of Pittsville won over Mason Welsh of Iowa-Grant/Highland by sudden victory 13-11, will face Mark Szombathelyi of Random Lake on Friday.

At 113, Karter Stuttgen Stratford won over Chance Gruber of Coleman by Decision 3-0. He will wrestle Troy Dolphin of Kenosha Christian Life on Friday.  

At 132, Camron Dammann of Pittsville lost to Matt Anderson of Clear Lake by major decision 9-0.

At 138, Dylan Baird of Auburndale won over Kade Pinter of Kenosha Christian Life by Decision 7-1, will face Elijah Lucio of Stratford on Friday.

At 152, Jacob Heiden of Stratford beat Korben Brown of Parkview by technical fall, will face Logan Schneider of Lancaster.
