The Marquette University Hilltoppers scored 17 unanswered in the 2nd half to take down Franklin 27-10.
Tommy Novotny led Marquette with 167 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, Peter McDevitt went 11/19 for 155 yards and a touchdown.
Joey Kallay led Franklin going 20/36 for 220 yards, a touchdown, and an interception.
Marquette won their second WIAA state title in their second appearance in the championship game. The Hilltoppers won a WIAA title back in 2009. Marquette also has eight WISAA titles in 1975, 1982, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1994, 1997 and 1999.
