MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Marshfield Area Habitat for Humanity is in the process of building a house for a disabled veteran. Help is needed as the project moves into its next phase.

“We got the basement poured last week and the lumber comes on Wednesday,” said Ed Korlesky, Building Chair. “We will be using volunteers every Saturday, starting this Saturday the 13th 8AM. We plan on working every Saturday until we are done. With luck, September 24 will be the last weekend.”

Volunteers are needed to help with construction and can either report to the house site (309 N Juno) or contact Habitat via their website. Donations can also be made via the web or be sent to: Marshfield Area Habitat, Po Box 784, Marshfield, WI 54449
