Submitted to OnFocus – The City of Marshfield recently received a grant from the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to construct an extension of the multi-use trail on Adler Road from Sycamore Avenue to Weber Park in Marshfield.
The project has been awarded up to $364,616.80 of federal funds which is among 28 projects and $14.5 million of TAP funding.
Construction for the project is estimated at $530,000 and is scheduled to begin in 2024 with design engineering and plan development likely starting in 2022. More details will be available as the project progresses.
