(OnFocus) The Marshfield Bandits have released the league schedule for their upcoming inaugural season.
The Bandits are members of the Champions Amateur Football League and will play in the East division with the Northern Lights Cowboys from Eau Claire, River City Rough Riders from La Crosse, and the Twin Cities Sabercats from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
Schedule highlights include opening their league season at the Twin Cities Sabercats on May 2. Their home opener is May 16 against the Northern Light Cowboys from Eau Claire.
On May 30, the Bandits will play the Minnesota Storm in Minneapolis at the first of two events where all the teams play their games at the same location. June 20 is another one of those events as the Bandits take on the Moorehead Veterans in La Crosse.
The Bandits close their season with two home games on July 18 hosting the Twin Ports Norseman and July 25 hosting the Twin Cities Sabercats.
The Divisional Round of the playoffs is on August 1 and the CAFL Championship Game and All-Star Game are on August 8.
The Bandits will play their home games this season at Columbus Catholic High School, and all home games will start at 2:00 PM.
