Marshfield Banker Celebrated for 50 Years of Service

After half a century of service to the community, Orin Toltzman from Forward Bank has been honored.

OnFocus – Toltzman started his banking career with Marshfield Savings and Loan on February 1, 1967. On November 11, 1969 he became a member of the Board of Directors, being on many of the Board’s committees in later years. He started in lending in 1975 with home, home improvement and some personal loans. In 1993, Marshfield Savings and Loan changed its charter to Marshfield Savings Bank. Shortly thereafter, in 1997, Toltzman became the CEO and President, he retained that position until January 2005. He was the Chairman of the Board until June 2015, and he continues as a Board Director.

Toltzman was honored at the Wisconsin Bankers Association Bank Executives Conference in Madison, the largest banking event in Wisconsin, on February 6, 2018. Toltzman was recognized along with seven other inductees into the WBA’s 50-Year Club for extraordinary service to Wisconsin’s financial industry.
