The Marshfield Tigers Hockey Team won at Waupaca 6-1 behind 4 points from Sawyer Schindler.
The Tigers opened the scoring at 16:58 in the first period on a power-play goal from Schindler assisted by Max Heller.
Marshfield would score four times in the second Nick Urban would open up the scoring at 3:31 with an assist from Schindler. Waupaca would get a goal at 7:29 from Jack Erspamer, assisted by Eli Bartel.
Marshfield would respond back in less than a minute with a power-play goal from Tristan Reissmann, assisted by Evan Weister and Noah Peterson. Noah Peterson would get his own goal at 12:23 with assists from Schindler and Urban. Schindler would get his second goal at 15:03 with assists from Payton Smith and Urban.
Marshfield would add one more in the third at 16:14 from Adam Zee with an assist from Damyon Hains.
AJ Trierweiler would save 19 of the 20 shots he saw.
Marshfield moves to 8-7-1 overall, 2-3-0 in the Wisconsin Valley.
The Tigers next host Wisconsin Rapids on Thursday Night.
