MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A 30-year-old Spencer man reported that there was a car on fire at a local body shop and was near other vehicles and buildings.
Upon arrival, a vehicle was fully engulfed and Marshfield Fire extinguished the fire. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle. He stated the car has been parked there since Jan. 2 after being involved in an accident. Contact was also made with a key holder from the body shop. He advised they would check video footage.
The Marshfield Fire Inspector investigated the incident and decided there was no foul play involved and the police department had no further involvement in the investigation.
