Marshfield Clinic Seeks Focus Group Participants to Evaluate Phone Appointing Experience
Marshfield Clinic is seeking patient input about their phone appointment experience as the Clinic evaluates its appointment process.
Patients are invited to participate in evaluation sessions in Eau Claire on Wednesday, Sept. 6, and in Marshfield on Thursday, Sept. 7. At both locations the focus groups will run from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
“Focus group sessions will take about an hour and provide an opportunity for patients to give us their feedback on appointing by phone,” said Todd Diedrich, Patient Contact Center director. “This study is open to interested non-employee patients.”
To participate in the focus group:
Participants must be age 18 or older, and
Have seen their Marshfield Clinic primary care provider or taken their child to see their Clinic primary care provider, in the last year.
Primary care providers include internal medicine, family medicine and med-peds, and pediatricians.
Focus group participants will receive a $25 gift card for their time and travel.
