DC Everest would get on the board on an 85 yard touchdown run by Ethan Ostrowski to take a 7-0 lead.

Late in the second quarter, Marshfield would get called for intentional grounding in the end zone, resulting in a safety. Everest would then take their ensuing possession in for another Ostrowski touchdown run giving the Evergreens a 16-0 lead with 1:16 left in the half.

The Tigers would then drive down and get a touchdown on an 8 yard run by quarterback Joey Goettl with 3 seconds left in the half.

DC Everest would get a 23 yard field goal from B. Morris late in the third to increase their lead again to 19-7.

The Tigers would respond early in the fourth quarter on a 2 yard Goettl run to cut the lead to 19-14.

Then the Tigers would take their first lead of the game with 29 seconds left in the game on a 9 yard pass from Goettl to Simon Slade. The two-point conversion would fail, giving Marshfield a one-point lead.

The Evergreens would complete a few passes and then with 6 seconds left Joey Goettl would intercept Everest quarterback Ethan Ostrowski as time expired to seal the win.
