OnFocus – Early Sunday morning, officers arrested a Marshfield man after committing his 9th offense OWI.
Officers observed a man traveling on Central Ave. around 2:30 Sunday morning when a bike fell out of the back of the man’s truck.
Upon pulling the man over, the officers administered a standardized field sobriety test and the man performed poorly. The officer then administered a preliminary breath test and the man registered a .152.
The man refused a legal blood draw and after a warrant was completed, the legal blood draw was taken. The man was then transported to the WOSO Jail.
