OnFocus – Jeffrey Dolgner (age 43) of Marshfield, was charged in Wood County Circuit Court with two Felony H counts for Capturing an Intimate Representation of a Victim younger than 18 years old. Bond was set at $5,000.
According to court documents, on 9/10/20, a female reported that Dolgner had taken a video of her while she was in the bathroom without her knowledge. She said he also entered the bathroom while she was in the shower to restart the video.
Dolgner admitted to recording the female in the bathroom. An arraignment is scheduled for October 12, 2020.
