Comments:

We came out tonight a little flat, but once we got our rhythm, we were able to make some nice runs.  Wausau East, I thought, did a nice job of blocking and playing scrappy defense forcing us to make multiple attacks in the same possession.  Alyssa Foemmel and Lauren Homolka each had very efficient nights terminating the ball for us.

We were without Michelle Potts tonight, who is dealing with a hip injury, so it gave us a chance to play Hope Kelnhofer and Alyssa Foemmel in the back row giving them some valuable in-game reps.  Having Zaida Kolbeck on defense is just a great advantage because she can cover so much ground and does a great job of communicating.
