Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids go 1-2 in Rhinelander Gymnastics Triangular

Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids, and Rhinelander competed in WVC Gymnastics Triangular action, with the Tigers picking up the title with 129.475 points.

Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln finished second with 123.3 points.

Winning events for Marshfield were Hannah Merkel on the Uneven Parallel Bars, Sophie Nikolay on the Vault, and Alexis Merkel in the Floor Exercise.

Tyla Weidman of Wisconsin Rapids took first on the Balance Beam.

Marshfield’s Hannah Merkel took the All-Around title, with McKenzie Schuld scoring highest in the AA for Rapids, taking 5th.
