A big night at the plate for Carson Carbaugh and a big night on the mound for Nick Steliga led the Medford Raiders to a 12-1 win in Rhinelander.
Carbaugh went 4-4 at the plate, with a double, 2 RBI, 3 runs scored, and a walk. Braxton Weissmiller would go 3-5 at the plate, with a double, and a run scored.
Steliga pitched all 7 innings, giving up 1 earned Run on 7 hits, 1 walk, and 5 strikeouts.
Rhinelander would be led at the plate by Seth Nofftz who went 3-4, Dylan Vanderbunt went 2-4 and scored the only run for the Hodags. Adrian Patrone went 1-4 with the only RBI for the Hodgas.
The Medford Raiders move to 10-2, 4-2 in the GNC. They next head over to Antigo on Monday.
Rhinelander drops to 1-9, 1-5 in the GNC. They host Lakeland on Monday.
