The Medford Raiders continued their winning ways this season with a 41-14 win over Ashland.
Medford would get two first-quarter touchdowns on a 3-yard Ean Wilson run, and a 30-yard touchdown pass from Nate Retterath to Doug Way.
The second quarter would see Medford pull away with three rushing touchdowns. First a 2-yard run by Wilson. Then a 17-yard run by Emett Grunwald. And then on the last play of the half Wilson would run it in from 1 yard out.
Medford would score their final touchdown in the third quarter on a 7-yard interception return by Sullivan.
Ashland would put two touchdowns up in the fourth quarter a 15 yard TD run by Carter Brown and a 1-yard TD run by Jared Stricker. These scores ended Medford’s 11 quarter shutout streak.
