Medford Raiders Boys Cross Country Schedule
Conference Outlook: conference win for the girl’s team is looking promising. The boys team has a lead 4 rolling through and we are working on a 5th scoring male to move up.
Keys to success: 100 percent athlete commitment to the team and teammates. putting all the pieces together with endurance, strength, flexibility, speed and incline/decline running. Mostly the mental training and positive attitude.
Who are some of the people make us a success: the community for making monetary donations to our fundraiser and of course, the athletes fans; family and friends who travel to watch and cheer us on and support our team.
