Neillsville/Granton Outperforms Owen-Withee

On 4/18 we defeated Owen-Withee 18-8.

Keltie Schoen collected three hits in three at bats. Schoen doubled and singled in the first inning.  We scored 10 runs in the first inning. Shylah Walk drew a walk, scoring 1 run, Schoen doubled, scoring 2 runs, Mercedes Bayles drew a walk, scoring one run, Klarissa Canfield singled, scoring two runs, Emerson Ormond singled, scoring two runs and Schoen singled, scoring one run.

Klarissa Canfield hit a triple to drive in a run to keep the lead at 11-0 in the second inning.
Keltie Schoen scored 1 run in the top of the third on a solo home run to center field.
Klarissa Canfield started in the circle for us. Gave up two hits and one run (zero earned) over 5 and one-third innings, striking out six and walking two. Shylah Walk appeared in relief. Mindy Dix turned one double play
We collected 18 hits in the game. Canfield and Sydney Subke were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected four hits while hitting back to back. Canfield led with 5 runs batted in. They went 4 for 4 on the day. Schoen, Walk, Ormond and Danielle Bobak each collected multiple hits for the Warriors.
