William Quicker Charged with Six Felony Counts
OnFocus – William Quicker, a 23 year-old Neillsville man, was charged Thursday with six counts of possession of child pornography. This is a Felony D charge.
Quicker posted $3,000 in cash bond and is scheduled for an initial appearance at the Clark County Courthouse on February 17.
Per the court order, he can have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 unless in sight and sound with an adult 25 years or over. Defendant is also not to possess or use any electronic devises that have the ability to connect to the internet, with the exception being if in Court or contacting his attorney.
