Nekoosa Softball Goes 3-0, Beadell and Wilhorn Dominate on the Mound

4/14 Nekoosa vs Athens: Nekoosa pitchers Jackie Beadell and Raegen Wilhorn combined for No-Hitter while Sofia Gaupp led the offense going 2/2 with a triple, 3 Runs and 3 RBIs. Nekoosa won 11-0 in 5 innings.

4/15 Nekoosa vs Mauston: Nekoosa pitcher Raegen Wilhorn threw another No-Hitter striking out 9 batters in 4 innings as Nekoosa won 15-0 in the first Conference game of the season.

4/17 Nekoosa vs Westfield:  Nekoosa pitchers Jackie Beadell and Raegen Wilhorn combined for 10 strikeouts while Sofia Gaupp went 3/4 with 2 Runs, and Aubrey Boerboom went 2/4 with 2 Runs to help lead the offense to a 7-2 Conference Win.

In summary, during the course of the week Nekoosa outscored their opponents 33-2. The Nekoosa pitchers threw back-to-back No-Hitters, and combined for 23 strikeouts over 16 innings with an ERA of 0.875.
