About Abby Goodale, Business Education at Middle/High School
My name is Abby Goodale, and this is my first year teaching at Spencer. I previously taught for 3 years in Muscatine, IA. I just moved to Wisconsin in June and I have been enjoying meeting new people and getting to know the area over the summer. My fiance and I have also been taking advantage of the many lakes by doing plenty of boating and fishing. I’m excited for the new school year and to become a Spencer Rocket!
About Will Klinger, High School English Teacher
Hello, I’m Will Klinger, and I have been teaching for twelve years. I taught in Racine, WI and Kankakee, IL. Moving to the Spencer area begins a new chapter that my wife, Lynn, and I are eager to embrace. My teaching career began at Illinois State University, where I have earned degrees in English-Secondary Education and Philosophy. On a personal note, I enjoy snowboarding and cycling.
About Rachel Melcher, High School Math
I grew up in Wausau, WI. I attended Holy Name Grade School(graduate 1985), Newman High School (graduate 1989), and UW-Marathon County, all in Wausau. I graduated from UW-Stevens Point December 2004. I currently live in Colby, WI with my husband Richard (math teacher at Colby High School) and my son Robert (4th grader at Spencer Elementary School). I taught at Mount Horeb High School in Mount Horeb, WI (2007-2008) and taught the last three years at Washington Park High School in Racine, WI. I enjoy going to visit my parents in Minocqua, fishing, bowling, shooting pool, and spending time with my families. My oldest brother, Greg, lives in Wausau, WI. My sister, Becky, lives in Hanover Park, IL. My brother, Jeff, lives in Sitka, AK. I look forward to an educational year and am excited about joining the Rocket family!!
