New York, NY (OnFocus) – NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was reportedly paid $63.9 million in each of the last two fiscal years, for a total of $127.8 million.
About 90% of Goodell’s compensation was in bonuses. His compensation was revealed during a two-day NFL owners meeting this week.
In 2017, Goodell signed a five-year, $200 million contract that runs from 2019 to 2024. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones pushed for a bonus-heavy deal structure due to his dissatisfaction with Goodell’s performance.
