As part of its ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, the NFL will host its sixth annual women’s forum virtually from March 14-15. The forum will connect 45 women, 64% of whom are women of color, with leaders in the professional football space to provide insight and opportunities into open NFL positions as well as coaching, scouting and football operations.
Over the course of the two-day virtual event, participants will attend panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking activities with executives, coaches, industry experts and hiring managers, including the NFL and Women Leaders in College Sports. Most participants currently work in entry-level college football roles. The forum will give them the chance to learn more about where their experiences can lead them in professional football.
Since 2017, the forum has helped develop a more diverse talent pipeline by connecting women with career opportunities in football, 200 of which have emerged over the past five years.
Featured speakers include NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Jane Skinner Goodell, as well as three club owners, eight head coaches and seven general managers listed below.
