Voting for the area’s top performer saw Josh Graves of Northland Pines received the title of OnFocus Athlete of the Week, December 18 – December 31, collecting 252 votes.
Julianna Ouimette of Lakeland took second place with 162 votes. Sloan Welch of Auburndale finished third with 105 votes.

OnFocus Athlete of the Week, December 18 – December 31
- Julianna Ouimette, Lakeland Girls Basketball – Ouimette topped the 2000 point career mark over the holiday break.
- Joey Cashmer, Marshfield Boys Hockey – Cashmer collected a hat trick in Matshfield’s 6-3 win over Oshkosh. Along with the three goals, Cashmer had an assist.
- Emma Jossie, Stevens Point Girls Basketball – Jossie topped the 1000 point career mark for the Tigers over break at the Sentry Classic. Jossie is averaging 18 points a game for the Panthers this seasn. Jossie joins Leah Earnest, Maggie Negaard, Janel McCarville and Madisyn Rogan as SPASH Girls’ Basketball players to hit the 1000 point mark at SPASH.
- Josh Graves, Northland Pines Boys Hockey – Josh Graves scored 3 goals and had an assist in leading Northland Pines to a 6-3 boys hockey win over West Salem.
- Sloan Welch, Auburndale Boys Wrestling – Welch took first place at 220 pounds for the Eagles at the Bi-State Classic. Welch went 6-0, including four pins and a major decision on his way to taking the title at 220.
