Candy worked for 37 years in various departments at the Marshfield Clinic, lastly at the front desk information center.

Her favorite pastimes were traveling, shopping, bellydancing, and enjoying all family get togethers with both large families. Her favorite pastime was just talking to people. Her Catholic faith was very important to her, and she was a Eucharistic minister, catechism instructor and attended many bible studies in her early years. In her final years she loved receiving Jesus in the holy Eucharist daily and always had a robust amen each time she received.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jeff of Marshfield, a daughter-in-law, Izabela Zondlo, and a granddaughter, Victoria Zondlo, all of Poland and her mother, Carol Kieffer of Appleton. She is also survived by siblings, Connie Hilber of Mayville, Mike (Linda) Kieffer of Charleston, IL, Jim (Nancy) Kieffer of El Paso, TX, Rick (Terri) Kieffer of Delavan, and Kari (Ted) Voissem of Appleton. She was preceded in death by a son, Theodore in 2000, her father, William, her in-laws, Alex Hilber, Robert Gumz, George Zondlo, John Zondlo, and her parents-in-law, George and Victoria Zondlo.

The family would like to thank Stoney River Memory Care, Heartland Hospice, her doctors at the Marshfield Clinic and special friend, Karen Hawk who has been such a help and is for us a member of the Zondlo and Kieffer families.
