Carol A. Offer, 73, Auburndale, passed away on March 5, 2023, at Marshfield Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, where a gathering for family and friends will be from 8:30 am until service time. Rev. Sengole Vethanayagam will officiate. Burial will be in St. Andrew’s Cemetery at a later date.
Carol was born May 31, 1949, in Wausau, Wisconsin, to LeRoy and Marcella (Mohr) Tasche and was a 1967 graduate of Wausau Senior High School. She was united in marriage to James L. Offer on September 30, 1972, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Rozellville.
Carol had been employed at Schofield Enterprises and owned and operated a cleaning business. She also farmed in the Town of Day alongside her husband, Jim. She enjoyed flower gardening, scrapbooking, bowling, and camping, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed attending the Hodag Festival for many years with the Rangeline Crew.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jim, and their children, Kristie (Tony) Bangart of Stratford, Kevin Offer (Amber) of Auburndale and Katie (Kurt) Wiese of Stratford. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Thomas and Morgan Bangart and Alec Offer. She is further survived by two sisters, Barb (Steve) Hanson and Debbie (Robert) Thomas, brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip (Gladys) Offer, Jr. and Donna (Dave) Kowalski and multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws.
