David was a graduate of Marshfield Senior High. For most of his life, he was presented with many health challenges. Although his family made a very difficult decision to place him in the care of the state of Wisconsin in his twenties, their love for him never wavered nor ceased. When able to drive and later in life, assisted by friends who provided transportation, Caroline (mother) traveled to the many assisted living facilities he resided in. She would spend the evening before her visits popping a very large bag of popcorn; a favorite of David’s to bring to him, companioned with a bag of candy, another favorite of his. Holidays and his birthday equaled a handwritten letter and card into which a bit of spending money was tucked so that when David traveled to his medical appointments, a stop at his favorite fast food restaurant for a burger was a looked-forward to treat. Prayers for his well-being were a constant gift.
David’s death brings to closure the family circle here on this earth but it continues for eternity in heaven. David was preceded in death by Joseph (father), Caroline (mother), LaVern (brother), grandparents, Joseph and Mary (Dieringer) Stini, Sr. and Adolph and Margaret (Meyer) Bucholtz and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. He is survived by Lucinda Kopp (Stini), Stratford, WI, and Lorretta Laumer (Stini), Hemmet, California many cousins, and friends
