Dennis R. Strasser, 75, Park Falls, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Clark County Rehabilitation an Living Center in Owen.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, February 3, 2025 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Marathon with military rites conducted by American Legion Post 469 – Marathon.
Dennis was born on May 30, 1949 in Marathon County to Raymond and Regina (Koppa) Strasser. He graduated from Marathon High School. Dennis served in the United States Army 5 division during the Vietnam War.
He worked as a trucker and enjoyed the Northwoods, deer hunting, fishing, playing Santa Claus, and caring for his dog, Nicky. Dennis was a very giving person.
He is survived by his sister, Diana Kuehn of Naperville, IL, brother, DuWayne Strasser of Marshfield and special friend, Rose Eckes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Regina and sisters, Phyllis Wawrzyniec and Shirley Wiesman.
