Joshua J. Pederson, 33, Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 10, 2023.

A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will take place in Minnesota at a later date.

Joshua John Pederson, Uncle, Uncle Josh, Joshie, Bro, Ruiner, born December 27, 1989 in Albert Lea, MN to Jeff and Anne Pederson. He joined his two big brothers Nate and Ty who were two of his best friends. Josh attended Wells school and had a multitude of friends from all the surrounding towns. In his adult years he lived with his best friends Nate and Iilee in Marshfield. Josh’s personality was that of a caregiver, which he made into a career by serving others and doing it with a flair at The U in Hartland and then at Nutz Deep in Marshfield and Spencer, for many years. His personality was infectious, and he was loved by so many.

The most important thing to Josh was his family, so much so his nieces and nephews. They were the love of his life! Josh was an amazing uncle who always was a take-charge kind of man. He was articulate and always put together – willing to lend a hand and step up to the plate for others.

He is survived by his parents, Anne (Paul) Giese and Jeff (Janice) Pederson, siblings, Nate (Iilee) Pederson, Ty (Kelsey) Pederson, Jenna (Nash) Petranek, Mandy Giese, Jill Maas, Maggie Giese, and Dane Giese. He is also survived by his nieces, Harper, Sage, Olivia, and Kennedy, nephews, Griffin and Beau, Baby Petranek due in May, and grandparents, Bill (Marvel) Orbell, and many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don (Rose) Pederson, Marv (Audrey) Giese, and JoAnn (Jim) Olson.

God bless his memory!
