Mary Ann Grassl, 64, Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 13, 2022 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Milladore, where visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time. Father Packi will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Mary Ann was born on November 28, 1957 in Marshfield to Harold and Elizabeth (Salzman) Richardson. She graduated from Auburndale High School and later Mid-State Technical College where she received her associate degree.
On June 14, 1975, she married Bernard Grassl, which later ended in divorce. She married Noel Rogers on July 4, 2009. He passed away on February 20, 2015.
Mary Ann worked in the medical field and was very proud and passionate about her work in the health care industry. She also enjoyed fishing, camping, four wheeling, and attending her grandkids sporting events and concerts. She was extremely proud of all her kids and grandkids and made sure they were aware of it.
She is survived by her children, Brian (Heather) Grassl of Junction City, Allen (Laura) Grassl of Rudolph and Chris Grassl of Junction City, and Angela (Andrew) Van Asten of Pulaski, and grandchildren, Morgan, Mason, Carter, Jedd, Jordan, Peyton, Taylor, Wyatt, and Levi. She is further survived by her mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Richardson, siblings, Hal (Eileen) Richardson, Denny (Toni) Richardson, Rick (Jolice) Richardson, Mike (Lynn) Richardson, Lori Mann, Adelyn Krings, Louis Richardson, Barry (Gayle) Richardson, Pat (Amy) Richardson, Mark Richardson, George (Lacey) Richardson, Shelly (Steve) Stecker, and Bill (Carmen) Richardson, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, and husband, Noel.
