Randall D. Breu

Randall D. Breu, age 59, of Marshfield, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Three Oaks Health Services in Marshfield under the care of Heartland Hospice.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, August 13, 2021, at Life Tributes Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Saylor officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday at the funeral home from 9:30 AM until time of service. Following the service, Randy will be laid to rest. The honor of pallbearer belongs to his brothers Kevin, Jeff, Rick, and Scott Breu; a brother-in-law Adam Pearce; and good friends Paul Krings, Arvin Lange, and Roger Kusta.

Randall was born on March 6, 1962, in Marshfield; the son of Robert and Charlene (Winistorfer) Breu. He attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Auburndale and graduated from Auburndale High School. He put a lot of time and care into working on the dairy farm. On May 3, 1986, Randy was united in marriage to Laurie Pearce and raised their children on the family farm. They later divorced in August 2016.

He was a basketball and Nascar fan as well as a Green Bay Packer football fan. He loved to spend time with his children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

Those who will cherish Randall’s memory include his children: Heather (Mike) Widmann of Marshfield, Nathan Breu of Marshfield, Nicholas Breu of Arpin and Jennifer Breu of Rice Lake; his grandchildren: Addison and Avery Widmann and McKenna, Riya, Gannon, Taelyn and Brixley Breu; his father, Robert Breu of Hewitt; his siblings: Kristen Breu of Hewitt, Roberta (Dan) Lila of Wisconsin Rapids, Kevin (Kelly) Breu of Auburndale, Jeff (Jeanine) Breu of Marshfield, Rick (Sandi) Breu of De Pere, Scott (Val) Breu of Auburndale, Gloria (Jeff) Zaves of Menasha, Deb (Harvey) Sobiech of Reedsville, Cindy (Joel) Bobo of Lexington, SC and Kimberly (Scott) Mancl of Auburndale and many other relatives and friends.

Randall was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Breu; his nephew, Drew Breu, and his aunt, Beverly Aschenbrenner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Randall’s name can be directed to: Three Oaks Health Services in Marshfield or UW-Madison Transplant Program.

His children are grateful for the caring staff and compassion provided to Randy for the last few years by Three Oaks Nursing Home and most recently by the staff of Heartland Hospice.
