Robert J. Fuller, age 88, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, with his family by his side. Born on November 1, 1936, in Marshfield, Wisconsin, to Robert and Mae (Maguire) Fuller, Robert spent his life in the central Wisconsin area.
Robert attended Stratford Area Schools and, following high school, entered the U.S. Marine Corps, serving his country until his honorable discharge in 1962. He dedicated 38 years of his career to Consolidated Papers, where his hard work and commitment were valued by colleagues and friends alike, retiring in 1999.
Robert was a lifetime member of both the National Trappers Association and the National Rifle Association, reflecting his passion for the outdoors and his commitment to these communities.
He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Mary) Fuller of Stratford and Kenneth Fuller of Marshfield; and his sister Helen Breit of Stratford. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mae Fuller. His sister Joanne Viegut.
A private family service will be held to honor Robert’s life. The family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support during this time.
