Rosemarie M. Beranek, 87, Junction City, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Mill Creek, with Father Packi officiating. The service will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes. Burial will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Milladore. Visitation will take place from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, February 25 at Martens/Rembs Funeral Home and from 12:00 pm until service time at the church on Saturday.
Rosemarie was born on June 9, 1934 in Marathon County to Wilmer and Adeline Meyer. She was united in marriage to Laddimere Beranek on November 25, 1952 at St. Phillip’s Church. He passed away in 2016.
She enjoyed her find-a-word puzzles and her 8 children.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Lewis of Wisconsin Rapids, Richard Beranek of Junction City, Laurie (Tom) Weiland of Stevens Point, Sue Hanson of Stevens Point, Gary Beranek of Junction City, daughter-in-law, Michelle Beranek of Junction City, 24 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer Meyer and Adeline Meyer Bender, husband, Laddimere, daughter, Carolyn Dalton, sons, Robert, Donald, and Ronald, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
