PITTSVILLE, WI (OnFocus) – If you are heading south to the Warrens Cranberry Festival, Pittsville is on the way! Stretch your legs and browse the Craft & Vendor Fair in the Greenspace at the corner of Highway 80 and Monroe Street.

The event will be held this weekend starting Friday, September 24th through Sunday, September 26th. Hours are 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day.

If the idea of vast crowds in Warrens is not your style, take the short drive to Pittsville to enjoy the beautiful Fall weather and visit this lower-key event that has been a mainstay since 2015.

“We have a beautiful community greenspace highlighted by a metal sculpture of sandhill cranes and decorated for Fall,” said states event founder and organizer Melanie Droste. “Downtown retail, as well as food and drink establishments will also be welcoming visitors.”

Back in 2014, Pittsville City Clerk Tami Hahn shared an observation with Melanie: “Mini-vans full of women were heading south through town on the way to Warrens. How could we encourage them to stop in Pittsville?” An idea was born, and Melanie took it from there.

A few spots remain for vendors. For more information, contact Droste at 715-305-3389.
