- Sydney Gavin, Pacelli Softball – Gavin turned in a 2X3 performance at the plate with three runs scored, as Pacelli came away with a Division 5 State Championship, downing Oakfield 9-6.
- Maddie Much, Iola-Scandinavia Softball – Much was hot at the plate and led Iola-Scandinavia to a 10-6 win over Waterloo, giving I-Scan the Division 4 State Softball Title.
- Peyton VandeLoo, Freedom Softball – Vandeloo struck out 12 batter for the Irish in their 2-1 win over Turner, leading Freedom to the Division 2 State Softball Championship.
- McKenna Young, Brodhead Softball – Young struck out 16 batters, leading Brodhead to a 1-0 win over Mayville in the Division 3 State Softball Championship Game.
- Dylan Smith, St. Croix Falls Baseball – Smith went the distance on the mound for Falls, also collecting a pair of hits, as St. Croix Falls downed Aquinas 3-1 in the Division 3 State Championship game.

OnFocus Team of the Week, June 4 – June 15
- Ithaca Baseball – Trailing 7-4 heading into the bottom of the seventh inning, Ithaca came through in the clutch, plating four runs to claim an 8-7 win and the Division 4 State Baseball Championship.
- Stevens Point Baseball – The Panthers downed Hartford 6-5 in the state quarterfinals before falling in the state semifinals.
- Denmark Baseball – Denmark plated a run in the top of the 11th inning, and then held on to down St. Thomas More 3-2, earning the Division 2 Baseball State Championship.
- Kaukauna Softball – Kaukauna completed a perfect season, downing undefeated Superior 4-0 to claim the Division 1 State Softball Championship.
- Pacelli Softball – The Cardinals came home with a state title in Division 5, defeating Oakfield 9-6 in the championship game.
