Strengths of team: Good sportsmanship, eagerness and willingness to learn and perform, bonding with team members.
Conference outlook: With several opportunities to compete against teams within our conference before that date, it provides a glimpse at what each team can bring. We try to use every minute of practice with the kids. At about 60 athletes in our program, it provides depth in some areas that should give us our sweet spots within Conference. We hope to have some top performers in the girls 1600, boys 1600 & 3200, boys 4 x 100, 4 x 200, girls 4 x 400, girls and boys 400 and 800, girls 100 Hurdles, boys 110 Hurdles, girls and boys 100 & 200 M, Pole Vault, Triple Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put and Discus. As far as a place within Conference, I can not provide that as anything can happen. We will have our goals and just try our best.
