Young team – The goal is to always be in the top half of teams at our conference meet. The kids will have to work hard throughout the season to achieve this goal, but I believe it’s within reach.
Keys to your success this season:
This season I’m looking to build upon our team culture and make this sport something that’s a more enjoyable experience for our athletes. It’s a hard sport so creating a culture of work hard – play hard is vital.
