Conference outlook: With both the boys and girls having a full team of runners this year, we are looking at competing to finish in the top half of the conference.
Keys to your success this season: As a young team experience wise, our key to success to this season is helping our athletes understand their race plans while preparing them to execute their plans through purposeful training.
