Conference outlook:
It’s going to be a dog fight again this year in the conference with Mauston being the favorite returning multiple State qualifiers and Nekoosa will come in heavy with the big senior class. We can make a lot of noise also with the wrestlers we have. Each dual meet is going to make a big difference to determine where you’re going to end up in the conference tournament. Every team in the conference has opportunity to make a run at the conference title.
Keys to your success this season:
Fill all the weight classes from 106 through heavyweight be aggressive on the mat. With the changes, I see the three-point takedown and the four-point near falls are going to change outcomes of dual matches.

It’s going to be a great season. We’ll be traveling to multiple good tournaments throughout the year. TKO and Fort Atkinson, Badger State at the Alliant Energy Center, and Cadott just to list a few.
