Nominees: OnFocus Team of the Week, September 19 – September 25
- Wausau West Girls Tennis (nominated online) – The Warriors shut down SPASH and Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln this week by identical scores of 7-0 to claim sole possession of first place in the Wisconsin Valley Conference.
- Spencer/Columbus Football – S/C had a dandy combined Homecoming Game on Friday, knocking off the #1 ranked team in Division 7, Bangor, 28-27.
- Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Football – The Red Raiders showed off their running game in their 39-0 pasting of Hortonville Friday evening. The Rapids’ option attack rushed 47 times for 445 yards in the win.
- Auburndale Football (nominated online) – The Eagles came ready to play Friday evening, celebrating the end of Homecoming Week with a 21-0 shutout of Abbotsford.
- Pacelli Football – The Cardinals pasted Rosholt 67-0, after leading 61-0 at the first half.
