Team of the Week Nominees, September 27 – October 3
- Auburndale Boys, Girls Cross Country: The boys took five of the top 8 spots at the Edgar meet on Tuesday, with the girls claiming three of the top six places.
- Medford Football: The Raiders moved to 2-0 with a dominating performance in their win over Antigo, rushing for 352 yards.
- Edgar Football: Eager for an opponent in the second week of the season, Edgar went on the road and came up with a 12-7 win over Division 3 No. 4 Onalaska.
- Spencer/Columbus Football: The Spencer/Columbus Rockets looked cooked on Friday night as they went down 28-7 early in the third quarter but the Rockets came storming back, and tied the game up right at the end of the 4th and winning on a failed 2pt conversion in the second overtime.
- Mosinee Volleyball: Mosinee Volleyball set the GNC record with their 39th conference win, along with the fact that they have not dropped a game in the GNC since October 15th of 2019.
