OnFocus Wausau West Warriors Baseball Season Preview
Key Returners-
Lucas Hager – Will be our top pitcher going into the season. Hoping he can build off of a strong sophomore year on the mound.
Landon Parlier- Great all around baseball player with good strength and speed. Looking to him to be a top hitter for us and as a strong team leader.
Dylan Dobratz- Looking for a productive offensive season from Dylan this year.
Strengths
Our overall team strength will be playing fundamental defensive baseball and hitting. We have some strong upperclassman who have shown the ability to play at a high level and expect them to put things together this season.
Conference:
It will be a tough conference having several quality players throughout the Wisconsin Valley. Traditionally, SPASH and Everest have been contenders and Wisconsin Rapids is right there as well. I believe any team in this conference can beat anyone else on a given night. We have to show up to play and expect tough competition every game.
