Owen-Withee Cross Country Takes 9th at Cloverbelt CC Meet

On Saturday, October 14th, the Owen-Withee cross country team ran in the Cloverbelt Conference meet at the Lake Wissota Golf Course. The boys team finished 9th overall in the team standings. They were led by Mason Gay who earned All-Conference Honorable Mention with his 21st place finish in a time of 18:30. Colton Paczkowski finished in 28th place in 19:19 and Quinn Hatlestad was 53rd in 21:24. Steven Negron edged out Connor Hanson for 63rd place as they both ran the ace in 22:27. On the girls side of the conference race, Ellie Petersen led the way for the OW runners and finished in 30th place with a time of 23:42. Tegan Hatlestad ran a time of 27:26 to finish in 60th place.
