The 2020 fall football season saw multiple area rushers excelling, with multiple rushers topping the 1,000 yard mark.
Brycen Cashin of Pacelli topped area rushers with 1,417 yards and 202 yards per game, scoring 18 touchdowns for the Cardinals.
Eden Jacobson from Spencer/Columbus rushed for 1,214 yards on 199 carries, collecting 18 touchdowns.
Three additional area rushers topped the 1,000 yard mark: Tristan Shelvan of Amherst (1195 yards), Kyle Brewster of Edgar (1063 yards) and Assumption’s Nick Leberg (1028 yards)
Tanner Marsh of Mondovi led all rushers in the state with 2043 yards, 242 rushing attempts, and 227 yards per game in Mondovi’s one back offense.
Aiden Gardner of Medford and Matthew Szymanski of Loyal had over 900 yards rushing this season.
