Plover Black Sox scores more runs than Watertown Legion, takes victory on Saturday to the tune of 6-3
Drew Kedrowicz took the win for Plover Black Sox. The pitcher lasted seven innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out ten.
Evan Sellnow took the loss for Watertown Legion. The bulldog went four innings, allowing four runs on three hits and striking out six.
Alec Smith, Brycen Cashin, Tommy Drohner, Austin Beyer, Cyle Zblewski, and Danny Baumgartner all had one hit to lead Plover Black Sox. Plover Black Sox was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Caleb Mayer had the most chances in the field with ten.
Watertown Legion had six hits in the game. Brady Martin and Taylor Walter each racked up multiple hits for Watertown Legion. Martin led Watertown Legion with three hits in three at bats.
