On May 28 at 10:20 a.m., a Marshfield woman reported a man entered her garage and picked up an item, and when confronted, left the item and drove off in his vehicle.
Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as a 29-year-old Auburndale man who matched the woman’s description. The man had a DOC (Disorderly Conduct) and Plover Body Only warrant.
During a search of the vehicle, a stolen debit card was located belonging to a Wisconsin Rapids male. The debit card was used multiple times in Marshfield on May 28 without the owner’s consent.
The man was taken into custody and transported to the Wood County Jail.
